Who handles your data

What I collect and why
When you use the contact form, you give me your name, email address, phone number, wedding date and venue, and your message. I use this information to reply, check whether your date is free and prepare an offer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
If we sign a contract, I use the data to perform it and prepare your wedding (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Invoice data is kept because Polish tax law requires it (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Giving your data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number I cannot answer your enquiry.
Who receives your data
Your data goes only to companies that run the website and handle enquiries on my behalf:
- LH.pl Sp. z o.o.: website hosting and the mailbox that receives a copy of every form submission,
- Mikrus (VPS in Poland): the server that processes form submissions,
- Airtable (Formagrid Inc., USA): the database where I keep enquiries and bookings,
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Analytics visitor statistics.
Airtable and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
I do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for 12 months after our last contact. Contract data is kept until the contract is fulfilled and then for the limitation period for claims. Invoice data is kept for 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax became due.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Just write to karol@wodzirejkarol.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or with the authority in your own EU country.
I do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing. The automated form handling only records your enquiry so I can reply faster.
