What makes it work
It takes more than translating the announcements
Both cultures, one celebration
Some couples want Polish traditions front and centre, others want hardly any. Most end up somewhere in between. Either way, the programme is built around both families, not split down the middle.
Calm when it counts
Something always goes off plan. A guest is late, a speech runs long, the weather changes. Karol deals with it quietly, and usually you hear about it the next morning, if at all.
Planned with you, not from a template
Preparation starts months ahead. Karol wants to know who your guests are, where they’re coming from and which moments matter most to you. By the wedding day the plan is simply yours, and nobody has to think about it.
The process
How we work together
I
A two-hour first meeting
A video call in which Karol walks you through one of his weddings from start to finish. You ask questions, tell him what you have in mind, and together you sketch a first outline. You’re not committing to anything.

You direct. Karol brings the ideas.
Karol shows you the traditions, games and moments that have worked at his international weddings. You pick what belongs in yours, and he takes care of the rest.

Checklist a month out, details locked a week before
A month before: a checklist of remaining decisions and a second meeting to finalise the programme. A week before: everything confirmed, including music. Your last week is for resting.
IV
Your evening, conducted
Karol arrives hours before the guests, briefs the venue team and keeps in touch with your photographer and videographer all evening. From your entrance to the last dance, your only job is to enjoy it.

Questions couples ask
A few of the things international couples ask most often before their wedding in Poland.
Do we really need an MC for an international wedding?
When your guests speak different languages, someone has to keep both groups in the same evening. A bilingual host does that in both languages at once, so your friends from abroad and your Polish family laugh at the same joke. Without one, half the room is always a step behind.
Will the whole reception be in both English and Polish?
Yes. Karol hosts in English and Polish at the same time. Announcements, games and the running order come in both languages, and the night doesn’t slow down because of it.
What’s included besides hosting?
Karol as your MC, his own DJ (they’ve worked together for years), professional sound and lighting, and a hazer that makes the light visible. The fuller package adds a bubble machine. If you already have a band or DJ, Karol can work alongside them. Either way, you deal with one person for the whole evening. More on how the music and hosting work as one team on the wedding DJ page.
How much does it cost?
Packages start at €1,950, and most couples go for the fuller one at around €2,200. That covers hosting in English and Polish, the DJ, sound and lighting, all the planning meetings and coordinating your other suppliers on the day. After the first call you’ll get an exact quote for your date and venue.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Karol takes on a limited number of weddings a year, and summer Saturdays in the Masovian and Podlaskie regions go first. Many couples get in touch 12 to 18 months ahead.
We’re planning from abroad. How does that work?
Most of the preparation happens over video calls. The first meeting runs about two hours and walks through your wedding from start to finish. Everything is confirmed a week before the day, so you can arrive in Poland with nothing left to manage.
Can you include Polish wedding traditions for guests who’ve never seen them?

What kind of weddings does Karol host?
International and bilingual weddings, mostly in Central Poland (Masovian and Podlaskie regions), plus some destination weddings further away. City hotels, barns, manor houses, lakeside estates. Couples have come from the UK, France, Russia, Italy, Germany and Turkey. He has hosted full-time since 2014: nearly 500 events and over 30,000 guests.
