How we work together
A two-hour first meeting
A video call where Karol walks you through how a full wedding hosted by him looks from start to finish. You ask questions, share your vision, and sketch a first outline together. No commitment — just clarity.
You direct. Karol brings the ideas.
Karol shows you what’s possible — traditions, games, moments — across all the international weddings he’s hosted. You decide what belongs in yours. Then he makes it happen.
Checklist a month out, details locked a week before
A month before: a checklist of remaining decisions and a second meeting to finalise the programme. A week before: everything confirmed, including music. Your last week is for resting.
Your evening, conducted
Karol arrives hours before the guests, coordinates the venue team, and stays in constant contact with your photographer and videographer throughout. From first entrance to last dance — you just celebrate.

Do we really need an MC for an international wedding?
When your guests speak different languages, someone has to make sure everyone feels included — not just informed. A bilingual host carries the energy of the evening across both languages at once, so a joke lands for your friends from abroad and your Polish family in the same breath. Without that, half the room is always a step behind.
Will the whole reception be in both English and Polish?
Yes. Karol hosts live in English and Polish at the same time — announcements, games, toasts and the running order are delivered in both languages naturally, without slowing the night down or turning it into a translation exercise.
What’s included besides hosting?
A complete package: Karol as your MC, his own DJ (the two work together without needing words), professional sound and lighting, and effects such as haze and bubbles. How much does it cost?
Packages start at €1,950, and most couples choose the fuller option at around €2,200. The price covers bilingual hosting in English and Polish, the DJ, sound and lighting, all planning meetings, and vendor coordination on the day itself. Couples from London or Berlin often tell us that’s less than a DJ alone would cost back home. After the first call you’ll get an exact quote for your date and venue.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Karol takes a small number of weddings each year so every couple gets proper attention — popular dates in the Masovian and Podlaskie regions go first. Many couples reach out 12 to 18 months ahead.
We’re planning from abroad — how does that work?
Most of the preparation happens over video calls. The first meeting runs about two hours and walks through your wedding from start to finish. Everything is confirmed a week before the day, so you can arrive in Poland with nothing left to manage.

Absolutely — and explain them as they happen, so no one feels lost.
