Tools for couples

What you get besides the microphone

Karol’s other job is in IT, and he puts that side of his work to use where it helps most: your wedding. Rather than promise a “modern approach”, he built four tools that every couple gets when they book him. All of them work in English.

Your own wedding panel

From the first meeting you have your own online panel: the running order, your music, the games you’ve picked, a to-do list and everything agreed so far, all in one place. Open it whenever you like, on your phone or your laptop. Nothing gets lost in email threads or chat messages.

It opens from a private link, so there’s no password to remember.

Songs, gifts and a few customs

Playlists for the first dance, the cake and thanking your parents, gift ideas for your parents, lines you can borrow for the invitation if you’d rather guests didn’t bring flowers, and a short note on the Polish customs you may come across. Worth a look before you even sit down to plan.

A wedding website, free of charge

The address, the time and the plan for the day, plus the things guests actually use: a gift list with links to shops, an option to give to charity instead of bringing flowers, and an RSVP form that asks about dietary needs, plus-ones and whether someone needs a place to stay. Karol sets it up for you at no cost.

Interactive wedding games

There are two versions, depending on the venue. One runs on the big screen and doesn’t need guests’ phones. In the live one, guests play along on their own phones. Both show everything in English and Polish side by side, and you can try them yourselves well before the wedding.

None of this
costs extra.
It’s simply how Karol works.
